Orders will be sent to the addresses and names indicated by the customers.

Return of merchandise:

Our policy, complying with current regulations, cannot return any item purchased from Tomy Sanz® after receipt.

Within a maximum period of 10 days from the return receipt due to the receipt of an order for our products, Tomy Sanz® commits to your refund, discounting the return shipping costs incurred.

Order cancellation:
